About Integration

Defining Psychedelic Integration:

This study aims to develop a formalized, crowd-sourced definition of integration derived from the data provided by survey participants. In the interim, we understand psychedelic integration as the practice and process of implementing psychedelic experiences, insights, and lessons into one's everyday life for healing, growth, and transformation.

Integration may also involve taking previously unconscious content that arises into consciousness during a journey, and which is perceived as meaningful, and assimilating it into one's conscious awareness.
